Why is there a charge on my card?

Who is johnmclucas.com? Hiiii, I’m a pop producer based in North Hollywood, CA, and overall entrepreneur. Our formal LLC is under MC CREATIVE LLC. We’ve been in business since 2014!
Doesn’t ring a bell? If the offers or products above don’t ring a bell, it’s possible your business partner or significant other purchased one of our products. We’ve found that 99.99% of the time the confusion arises from someone else making a purchase on a card you also have access to. Please ask them!!!
Can we get an invoice for the charges? Every time we bill you we send an invoice to the email address you (or your co-worker/partner) provided when you/they signed up. If you need a receipt we can always send you one. Simply email johnmclucasmusic (at) gmail.com
Can we get a refund? It depends on what you bought. Each offer has its own unique refund policy. You can always email johnmclucasmusic (at) gmail.com to inquire about the refund policy for your purchase.

It is our priority to resolve financial issues with billing promptly and in good faith. Please reach out through email and give us a week to respond before issuing a chargeback, as even an honest clerical issue on our end getting chargebacked is a serious “ding” on our account.
