Why is there a charge on my card?

It’s a charge for one or more of the following: our production services, mentorship program, or. content marketing consulting. (other offerings eventually will be added)

Who is johnmclucas.com? We are a service and consulting team based out of San Francisco, CA. Our formal LLC is under MC CREATIVE LLC. We’ve been in business since 2014, owned by John McLucas.

Why are you charging us? This could be a charge for:

• music production services

• business consulting

• our msuic mentorship program

• an online course

• one of our other products

Doesn’t ring a bell? If the offers or products above don’t ring a bell, it’s possible your business partner or significant other purchased one of our products. We’ve found that 95% of the time the confusion arises from someone else signing up for the product who uses that card.

Can we get an invoice for the charges? Every time we bill you we send an invoice to the email address you (or your co-worker/partner) provided when you/they signed up. If you need a receipt we can always send you one. Simply email john (at) mccreative.xyz

Can we get a refund? It depends on what you bought. Each offer has it’s own unique refund policy. You can always email john (at) mccreative.xyz to inquire about the refund policy for your purchase.
